Winners and winners
What a weekend at FEI STU in Bratislava! Over 130 people gathered to share their skills in the name of working on a project that might have a success potential and an ambition to win the StartupWeekend Bratislava 2.
There were 36 ideas pitched on friday. After the voting 14 teams were created to work together on their ideas to transform them into functional applications, web sites or prototypes. Hard working on saturday followed by speakers with their speeches and mentors that help attendees form the idea culminated on sunday into stressful preparation for the final pitches.
Who`s got the best presentation? Using Instant Feedback tool implemented as a QR code into teams presentations the audience has decided. The judges and mentors also picked their “number ones”. Matej Ftáčnik as a facilitator annuciated the results:
1. Instant Feedback as a feedback demanded tool to rate the presentations/audience prize.
2. TimeZoner shows you the (event) times according to your location.
3. Blame it on the Fish - ask the fish whatever you need to decide about.
4. PartySmasher – show them, you`re at the party, too! – special prize from The Spot.

After the first day… Le pitchi
Some of the sturtupers were still working within the projects at 2am in the morning, some of them stayed with Mark Tutttle in the ChilloutZone and the others left the StartupWeekend venue to get some sleep.
What have we done yesterday?

2. Waited for many things to figure out.
3. Prepared the working spaces for the teams (funny sticking stories, promotion materials, registration lanes…)
